A tune-up on todays modern cars generally consists of a visual inspection of the emissions system, the ignition system, and a good under the hood inspection. We replace the spark plugs using top grade parts. We set the timing, adjust the idle speed (if applicable) and check the fuel deliverey system.

This means your onboard computer system has detected a fault in one or more of it's curcuits and should be serviced by a qualified service technician.This does not always mean that a part is bad,there could be loose connections or or just an adjustment. Have it checked to prevent further more costly repairs
